Access and Parking
Enjoy private ground-level parking that allows you to enter the property without navigating stairs. However, please note that this home features four levels, and stairs are required to access all floors and decks.

Main Floor
The main floor is the heart of the home, where soaring cathedral ceilings and expansive windows showcase stunning 180-degree panoramic lake views. Highlights of this level include:

A spacious deck, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with unparalleled views of the main channel.
A large living room featuring a decorative fireplace (not for use during your stay).
A gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for a group.
A fully stocked gourmet coffee bar for your morning pick-me-up.
A dedicated workspace with high-speed internet for those working remotely.

Upper Level:
The upstairs bunkroom sleeps 16 people, It has two wings with a bathroom in the middle. Bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

A King bedroom on lower level has 1 King Bed in master bedroom and a queen size air mattress available for setup in bonus room and sleeps 4 people, need to request bedding if planning on using air mattress

2 people in queen suite
2 people in game room pullout couch---need to request a bedding bag if plan on using.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with approval and additional pet cleaning fee of $50 per day. Under 25 pounds and must be registered and vaccinated.
Groups and events on a case by case basis with management approval and additional fees may apply.
Early Check-in is available on the day of by checking with management at 10am for an additional fee of $100.
Lake Checkout can be requested 24 hours prior to departure with management and an additional fee of $150 applies if approved.
