PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $50 per pet applies.

• No Parties: This is a quiet, residential community. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and all guests must be registered.
• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and on decks.
• Parking Restrictions: No boat, trailer, street, or overflow parking permitted.
